My Education

      Unfortunately, School has been the most difficult part of my life!  Due to the exposure to drugs and alcohol prior to being born, I have severe learning disabilities. 

      I was diagnosed with Dysgraphia, which is a specific learning disability affecting handwriting and coordination between the brain and the hands. I was also diagnosed with ADD, attention deficit disorder, and DCD developmental coordination disorder.  

      During my years of school, not only has it been difficult to understand and retain information, it is also difficult to write things down. And when playing baseball and football, it was very difficult to catch a Baseball or Football  or hit a baseball with a  bat. 

      Through many years of extremely hard work, help from great Teachers and Coaches and support from my Parents, I am determined to succeed in My Education. I have always had an IEP, an individual education plan that has helped the school and my parents coordinate, to see that I receive the best education possible. 

      Although learning has been very difficult for me, I have always behaved myself in school and get along well with my Teachers, Coaches, and other Students. 

      I currently have a 3.0 GPA and my goal is a 3.25-3.50 GPA.
